The goal of our fitness classes is to provide you with professional instruction and a safe, effective, well balanced and fun workout. We offer classes that focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility. The classes are for all levels of fitness beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Levels

  • Beginners
    Suitable for people who have not exercised in some time or are new to a particular class.
  • Intermediate
    Suitable for people who have been exercising on a regular basis for some time.
  • Advanced
    Suitable for people who have been exercising regularly for a least six months and have participated in beginner and intermediate version of the class.
  • General
    Suitable for people of all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.
